If you face any fitting issues or you get damaged or defective product, we will either refund your money or will give you a replacement if you report it to us within 5 days of the delivery.
Note: Replacement would not be possible if the product gets out of stock.
In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact our Customer Service department via email at care@sperkygem.com within 5 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be picked up by our delivery partner within 3-5 business days and a replacement will be shipped immediately,or we will refund your money.
Terms and Conditions:
Any jewelry not in its original condition will not be covered under our 5 Day Replacement or Return Guarantee.
If the jewelry is returned without original packaging or without original invoive, customer would not be eligible for replacement or return.
Make sure the tag attached to the product is not removed by you if you wish to return or replace that product.
To cancel an order,send us an email at care@sperkygem.com with your order number and specify the reason of cancellation.
NOTE : Order can only be cancelled if the package is not shipped.
In case of cancellation or return, refund will be processed within 24 hours once the package is returned to origin:
If the payment was made through private sector bank, amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
If the payment was made through public sector bank or govt. bank, amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
If the payment was made through any e-wallet, amount will reflect in your wallet within 24 hours.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are currently available for delivery to 26000+ pin codes all over India.We will not be able to fulfill the orders placed outside from these pin codes at this time.
Note: Return Pick up Facility will not be available to all the pin codes where we deliver our products, in case of return if return pick-up facility will not be available to your location we will compensate you some amount from your order value.
Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5-7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Instructions
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure you provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark. All the shipping details you enter while placing your order should be correct, else it may cause delay in the delivery.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping of shopping worth Rs.700 or above, shipping charge of Rs.50 will be levied on all orders under Rs.700. The shipping charges will remain the same irrespective of the size of the order. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.
