Refund policy

At Sperkygem, every order is carefully quality-checked and packed before dispatch. We want you to love every piece you receive. In case something is not right, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  • Have all tags, seals and protective coverings intact.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, inserts and complimentary gifts received with the order.
  • Show no signs of wear, alteration, scratches, perfume, makeup, moisture or improper handling.

Return requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalised, customised or made-to-order jewellery.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Products returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories or complimentary gifts.
  • Products damaged due to exposure to water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, moisture or improper storage.

These exclusions do not apply when the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@sperkygem.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • A clear and unedited parcel-opening video, where available.

An unboxing video may be requested to help us verify transit damage, missing products or incorrect orders.

Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Sperkygem will bear the return-shipping cost when the product supplied is damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to request a return

To request a return, email care@sperkygem.com within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name and registered contact details.
  • The name of the product you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Please do not send the product back without receiving return approval and instructions from us. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns requested due to a change of mind, preference or ordering the wrong product, the customer will be responsible for the return-shipping cost.

The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Sperkygem will not be responsible for return parcels that are lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered before reaching us.

Original shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges and other handling fees are non-refundable, except when the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return inspection

All returned products will be inspected after they reach us.

A return may be rejected if the product:

  • Has been worn, used or altered.
  • Is damaged after delivery.
  • Is missing its packaging, tags or accessories.
  • Shows signs of perfume, makeup, moisture, scratches or improper handling.
  • Does not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

We will notify you after the product has been inspected and inform you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed through UPI or bank transfer. Customers may be required to provide the necessary payment details.

After the refund is initiated, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Where the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Another product of equal value.
  • Store credit.
  • A refund, where applicable.

Only one exchange may be permitted per eligible order.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, contact us at care@sperkygem.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product meets the conditions of this policy.

Sperkygem may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Payment verification issues.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • An incomplete or undeliverable address.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Sperkygem, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
