Shipping policy

At Sperkygem, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

Shipping coverage

Sperkygem currently ships to serviceable postal codes across India.

Shipping availability for your location will be confirmed when you enter your delivery address during checkout. We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations.

International shipping is currently unavailable unless specifically stated on our website.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during promotional events may take additional time to process.

Processing time refers to the time required to verify, quality-check, pack and hand over an order to the courier. It does not include the courier’s delivery time.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days for most serviceable locations.
  • 7–10 business days for remote or difficult-to-service locations.

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during festivals, promotional events, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, products or order values, as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees and handling charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where the order is cancelled by Sperkygem or the customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected serviceable locations and eligible orders.

Any applicable Cash on Delivery fee will be displayed at checkout. COD availability may depend on the delivery postal code, order value and courier serviceability.

Sperkygem reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another contact method provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and mobile number so that delivery updates can be received.

Delivery address and contact details

Please carefully review your delivery address, postal code and contact number before completing your order.

Address changes can only be requested before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Sperkygem will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • An incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
  • An incorrect postal code or telephone number.
  • The recipient being unavailable.
  • The customer failing to respond to the courier.
  • Restricted access to the delivery location.

Contact care@sperkygem.com as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.

Delivery attempts

The courier may make more than one delivery attempt, depending on its delivery policy.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. For COD orders, the complete payable amount should be available at the time of delivery.

A delivery may fail if the customer:

  • Refuses to accept the parcel.
  • Is unavailable during repeated delivery attempts.
  • Provides incorrect or incomplete contact information.
  • Does not respond to calls or messages from the courier.
  • Provides an undeliverable address.

Returned-to-origin orders

An order may be returned to Sperkygem when the courier is unable to complete delivery. This is commonly referred to as a Returned-to-Origin or RTO shipment.

For prepaid orders returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed after the parcel reaches Sperkygem and is inspected. Original shipping charges, COD charges or handling fees, where applicable, will not be refunded.

If you request the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply. Re-shipping may be offered on a prepaid basis only.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in Cash on Delivery being unavailable for future purchases.

Delayed orders

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to courier operational issues, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, regional restrictions or other events beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at care@sperkygem.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and assist you with an update.

A delay in delivery does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period or the courier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

Courier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Once the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we may offer:

  • A replacement, subject to product availability.
  • Store credit.
  • A refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Please inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.

If the outer packaging appears visibly opened, damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you discover damage, missing products or an incorrect product after opening the parcel, contact care@sperkygem.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging.
  • Clear photographs of the inner packaging and product.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
  • A clear and unedited parcel-opening video, where available.

The request will be reviewed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Partial shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be delivered in separate parcels.

Where an order is split into multiple shipments, separate tracking information may be provided for each parcel. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because Sperkygem divided the order into multiple shipments.

Delivery confirmation

An order will be considered delivered when the courier tracking system records it as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.

Please also check with household members, neighbours, building reception or security personnel who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
